Have you tried contacting the hospital and asking if they had any suggestions? I think some hospitals are fine with patients or their families staying in RVs in their parking lots overnight (though of course hookups are rarely available). Even if that's not the case, they probably would have some idea of local places to camp.

Also will you need full hook ups? Many times public parks may have limited services such as power only or power and water at the camp site and a dump station within the park.

Also a private park might be better.
