Little Pine State Park in Pa has one.

Farragut State Park, N Idaho. Great park and great range (was the Navy training center in WWII). Rifle Range only open 1st and 3rd Saturdays due to ongoing legal battles with people who built their cabin near a shooting range and then complain about the noise.

Edit: Range may be open expanded hours this year. Saw some news but nothing announced yet.
