Texas State Parks

Most Texas state parks are open. They do want to minimize contact though, so use phone or on line reservations and credit cards. A few parks are closed if they had a case of virus reported. Offices, visitor centers, and state historical sites are closed to the public.

  • We just left Inks Lake State Park on Friday. Reservations at the water and electric sites are being honored, but it appears they aren't taking any new reservations for a month now. Only one bathroom open out of 8. All other buildings are closed. Cabins are closed. Water only sites are closed. Making any plans may be futile.
