- PegLWExplorerWe spent 3 days at Tionesta in Oct. 2010 when we had a 27 ft. travel trailer. The sites are nice, big enough for large rigs, full hookups and the surroundings are beautiful. It is tricky getting into the park though. There are two entries and I suggest the one that isn't the bridge crossing the river! We went out that way and it's a pretty straight shot but I'm sorry I can't remember what road it was. The one our GPS directed us to had us on a narrow, winding road and crossing a narrow bridge across the river to get into the park. That was very tight and I'm pretty sure our now 35 ft. fifth wheel wouldn't fit on that bridge! Once you're in the park, it's easy to get around and there were a lot of larger rigs in there.
