- TrlrboyExplorerIf you take a look at my signature photolink you will find a full album of Grand Canyon pictures, especially a lot taken of Trailer Village. We thought it was just fine for our 5th wheel, easy in, easy out. Great convenience with the park bus stopping right outside the campground.
- Executive45Explorer IIIWe found the sites to be adequate length wise. That said, they are really narrow and not too much room between rigs with slides. Make sure you don't leave your sewer hose out as the Ravens will peck holes in them, giving you a surprise when you pull the handle.....just sayin....Dennis
- KampingKrisExplorerThere's plenty of parking very close if it doesn't work. We had a motorhome, truck and atv trailer and managed to park it all... although not in the same exact site. There was some side parking available. This was in Febuary however...not sure about the summer.
- LaurenExplorerI think he is asking about Trailer Village at the South Rim; not Grand Canyon Village in the town south of the Park (would not recommend at all).
It would depend on the site at Trailer Village but you would have a hard time finding one for your 5er and the dooley - even if you could part the dooley alongside (which I seriously doubt).
He has a wonderful 5er; but I am partial - on our 9th year with our MS. - VeebyesExplorer IIAs can be seen from Google maps the CG could be better named Pack Em In CG. It is close but there is room. Good thing people go for the canyon & not the camping.
Mather Campground is another matter. Took a drive through there. Most definetly TC, smaller class C, class B, popup, tent & small trailer territory. Very nice CG though. - 2gypsies1Explorer III

The RV park in the national park is called Trailer Village and it's not anywhere near the I-Max outside of the park. That's a different park (& not recommended). :) - frizzenExplorerIf you have google Earth you can measure the length of the campsites.
- Dennis_M_MExplorerWe stayed there a couple of years ago. We are 65' long hooked up. As I recall I parked the truck beside the fiver, no problem.
- Golden_HVACExplorerYou can do a google maps search for
Canyon Plaza Ln
Grand Canyon Village, AZ 86023
Google.com/maps
You can find the Grand Canyon Village and also the I-Max theater across the highway. And then look at a aerial view of the park.
Have fun camping!
Fred. - accsysExplorerWe stayed there in 2011 and you can see how we fit into or 50 foot site on our blog. Our coach is 41 feet long and you can see we had a couple of feet left in front of the coach and a bit more in the rear. Our Liberty is quite a bit smaller than your dually but I believe there would be room in the rear parking at an angle. Just be careful as the sites can be tight and trees in the way.
