I had a package drop shipped from the mfg to a local UPS store in a town we were headed to. that store kept the package for me for at least 10-days before we arrived. no charge for accepting the delivery or for keeping the package for me. is this UPS plus something new?
New within the last few years. It's a web based service that lets you manage deliveries, like redirecting to a store or work address. You can also see more details on tracking, etc.
Asking for the package to be shipped to a ups store originally is a good plan too.
