We were there in March-April 2024

VERY CROWDED -- facilities were in deplorable shape, 3 showers worked, restrooms closed, drinking fountians dirty --  Expect full campgrounds, full parking lots!

Some sites have Electricity and Water - there is a dump station but only one side of it was operational.

IF you go, I suggest you enter from the Overton side, not the LV side.  Traffic is a nightmare, long waits and even with reservations, no way to reach the entrance station.

There is dry camping available near the East entrance to the park - Poverty Flats

The other campground in Valley of Fire has no hookups - I suggest you check the road through it before you pull a trailer or large RV  - very tight!  USE EXTREME Caution  -

Nevada has instituted Reservation System -

We were there last year about this time, September, and didn't notice any crowds at all. We just came out for the day.
