Whats the status of NEW RV Park in Medford OR?

Got this info from the Medford paper a day or two ago.
Jackson County is building a 92-space recreational vehicle park just north of the Expo grounds.
The project also will include enhancements to the day-use facilities around the Expo Pond, including a paved parking area and walkways, wheelchair-accessible platforms and docks, restrooms and a covered picnic area.They hope to have the park open by July 1 and completed by Oct. 1.
