Whats the status of NEW RV Park in Medford OR?

I was very happy to hear Medford is getting a new RV Park next to the Fairgrounds. Whats the status? When will it be open? Any links/ photos/ etc? Looking forward to using it. Medford really need...

I have stayed in the Walmart a number of times for one night in Medford.
We usually stay in Phoenix at a RV Park when in the area.
A few staying at Walmart is going to ruin it for the rest of us I think.
Looks to me some local people live in their RVs, because sometimes I recognize same ones when I stay.

Looking forward to the new park.

So... is the new Costco for sure? Or still just talk?
