Whats the status of NEW RV Park in Medford OR?

I was very happy to hear Medford is getting a new RV Park next to the Fairgrounds. Whats the status? When will it be open? Any links/ photos/ etc? Looking forward to using it. Medford really need...

Mike, I thought the TV news said the new Costco was all approved? I'm over there 4 or 5 times a year and have noticed the same thing at Walmart, older RVs. There was list somewhere and I thought it said they don't allow over night parking at the Medford store.

My family likes the shopping there so a nice park in town would be good. I've stayed at Valley of the Rogue, but I know they would prefer to be closer to everything.
