Whats the status of NEW RV Park in Medford OR?

I was very happy to hear Medford is getting a new RV Park next to the Fairgrounds. Whats the status? When will it be open? Any links/ photos/ etc? Looking forward to using it. Medford really need...

We tried to get RV camping with hook ups during the music festival. The lady told me over the phone $3500.
That includes tickets. But seemed like a lot.
We did get VIP ticket plus parking. Will just drive everyday.
