An African safari is indeed on the list but not for a few years, as is Churchill for the polar bears (or Svalbard Island of Norway). Next year we are trying to do a week in the spring and a week in late summer/early fall, henceforth the N. America request. If I'm going to travel halfway across the world I will definitely take more than a week!
