Where (what campground) that offers fun New Years events?

We plan on heading on the road just out of shear boredom. Thought we would find a campground on the a East coast that offers fun on New Years or at least is located near New Years celebrations. Lookin...

Gatlinburg, Tn has a wonderful fireworks, entertainment, lights, and close proximity to the GSMNP. Most campgrounds are still open until after the New Years weekend and then several will close. The NP campgrounds are closed.
