Which Campground Will You Never Go Back To
I have been to many, but there is really only one I will never go back to, Candy Hill in Winchester, VA. This is not a bash on them, just curious as to others black listed places.

Our worst was Brialee Family Camping in Connecticut. A combination of things: Nasty manager, unfriendly seasonals (really bad), and lack of maintenance. Lack of maintenance means the grossest bathrooms we've been in - backed up toilets, standing disgusting water on the floor, not cleaned all weekend.
Now, we haven't been there in years, so I hesitated to post this, but I went to read some recent reviews about the place... turns out things seemingly have not changed! A couple bad reviews, then a bunch of "best" reviews - hmmmm.
Some other campgrounds we've been to may have some bad reviews, but we went knowing what to expect.
One campground, on a drive through tour, just isn't all that great - but we've always had a fantastic time there and the people are all great.
Another campground right near my house is a "party" campground. If you go there wanting a quiet, undisturbed weekend - you will not like it. If you go there ready to have a few drinks with your neighbors and basically meet the whole campground as everyone (and all the kids) walk around saying hello, you will have a great time.
