Wonderland in Amarillo Good Sam Ratings mislead

We're full-timers, and I try and select RV parks based on a variaty of criteria, but weigh the Good Sam ratings strongly in our decisions.
The Best Wonderland park in Amarillo scored 8/9.5/7.5 and was a decent value, so we decided to stay there for two nights.
A bit of a shocker when we pulled in. Very rustic with rough dirt roads, unlevel sites and some beer cans and trash rolling around in the texas breeze.
More to the point tho, is this park is about 90% permanent or semi-pemanent residents. Some of the rigs dont look like they've been moved in years.
This creates a very unkempt appearance, with lots of extra cars and trucks parked all over the place, blocking roads, etc, and household stuff/junk left about.
There is a single office, with a large bath/shower room which were clean. The "Country Store" is poorly stocked. The only staff member we saw during our stay, at the front desk, was very nice and courteous.
All of which would be fine, if Good Sam would have rated the park honestly... We would not have picked this park knowing what we know now. More accurately, this park would be rated
