RV Tech

What information do I need to be able to use any RV technician that will take the Good Sam that's not Camping World? We have found someone who will do it same day and is in the same town as we live. We also have had this camper less than a year and it's went back to the shop 5/6 times for weeks. Our heater went out on Thanksgiving day while we were camping and got home and the guy fixed it for us within a hour. Paid him in cash but he takes Good Sam, so I was wondering how do I find the information he needs??  #rvtech
