What the Heck going on!

To my surprise the old RV.net is gone, I was known as c.traveler2 in the truck camper forum for over 15 years. What happen to all the great trip reports that were posted  that forum? Whatever they did my user name got slightly changed to c_traveler2. lucky enough for me I had printed out all my TCTR's. Now I've lost contact with many TC members that I would stay in contact with through the old RV.net

Not sure if I'm going to like this change.

  • very confusing ! !  Took me 3 days to get into my site....  Finally went on without logging in and snooped around, saw that my username was also changed to add " underscores" in between names..

was ford truck guy. .  .  now - ford_truck_guy.  NOW that I know that, I'm good

    Hey c_traveler2,

Thank you for giving the updated Community a chance!

Unfortunately, the new platform does not support (.) in usernames which is why you see the (_) in yours. However, in the updated community you now have the option to update your username as you see fit in your profile! All other users were also migrated so you can still connect with your fellow RV.net Alumni!

Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with during this migration.

Can you explain how to update or change a username? I poked around in My Profile and My settings and I can't seem to find it.
      Thanks
