12V exterior wiring options - conduit etc....

I'm currently installing a rear camera and two powerful led reverse lights on my Scotty fiberglass motorhome. I'm trying to install them above the rear center window, and the unit has a rear bath. I was wondering if there's an exterior conduit product that will allow me to cover the wires without adding an eye sore. I need it to hold 3 14 awg stranded wires, and one video cable. I looked at the existing clearance lights as a passage into the coach, but it seems I will have to take the ceiling down to do this properly. The other option I can think of is running small white pvc pipe across the outside top, and turn it to the inside of the bath as a conduit, and drop it down the shared wall of the kitchenette and shower.

I welcome all ideas here. I need the Camera mounted high as I often pull a small enclosed trailer.
