4in flex duct

I am looking for some 4in flex duct like is used for the heat vents. I have found all types that are like dryer vents that have no insulation to a/c duct with too much insulation. Call me crazy but I have to have a fan blowing on me at night. I bought a squirrel cage fan and will put in the front compartment and feed 2 4in ducts up through the closet on each side with a adjustable vent come out the side of the closet above my head. I think it needs some insulation being in a hot space and circulating cold air. I don't want any sweating. Thanks Michael

    If you want something more rigid, there is 4" semi-rigid flexible aluminum duct available at Home Depot. You can buy ordinary flexible 4" round duct from an RV parts vendor or insulated duct at Home Depot.

    This is the semi-rigid type:

    Just not much room in there now, there is a closet on each side of the mattress with a little shelf in front. So even if I put it on the shelf you can't feel it because your head is in between the 2 closets which are ruffly 2 foot deep. I went ahead and ordered some of the duct that is linked and will try it first before using the thicker a/c duct.

    I understand the desire to have air moving while in bed. I use a good quality 9 inch fan on a shelf opposite the head of the bed and aim it at me. Slow speed is so quiet one cannot hear it. The shelf (actually a cabinet top) is in front of a windiw. I can open the window for fresh air or close it for circulation.. use it winter or summer as I think it curculates the air and keeps the temperature even and constant.

    You don't have a SIG that would tell us what make / model / year of trailer you have but another alternative if it's a travel trailer or 5th with a front queen bed with windows on either side of the bed is to hang a fan in front of one of the windows so it can bring fresh air into the trailer and direct it across your sleeping area, just as I do with this 3-speed, reversible twin fan.

    You don't have a SIG that would tell us what make / model / year of trailer you have but another alternative if it's a travel trailer or 5th with a front queen bed with windows on either side of the bed is to hang a fan in front of one of the windows so it can bring fresh air into the trailer and direct it across your sleeping area, just as I do with this 3-speed, reversible twin fan.
