If using AGM, don't bother with 6v. Just get 12v AGM batteries that fit.

GC2s are 10-1/4x7(+)x10(-) (LxWxH) - iirc....
So, if you can squeeze a little more than 14 in one direction, you are good to go. You can use the extra 3-3/4 one way to store battery water if you don't buy AGM.
If you are interested in AGM, get a quote from . I never buy for myself there, but usually do for my clients.

No need for GC2 if you go AGM. +1 for Lifeline g27 deep cycle.

Check out Lifeline AGMs. Very good battery. Yeah, the price stings but no maintenance and no corrosion or boiling is really nice.

Mine are going on 4 years and I don't notice much of any degradation of capacity, and I work them pretty hard. They can be equalized, but I think I've done that once in 4 years.

Ya my thoughts exactly. Twice the price or more is a little hard to swallow. If I new I would get twice the life from them it would make it much easier. Not servicing the batteries will feel very strange for quite a while! I think I'd learn to love it. Gc2 just the normal golf cart 6v flooded battery sold almost anywhere.

I would think if your flooded batteries are hard to service that would be a pretty good reason to get AGMs. I won't ever buy a flooded battery again.
