Coleman Airxcel makes the thermostat you want. The trick may be getting the wiring from your roof unit over to the thermostat.

We have this thermostat and a Coleman Mach A/C unit. The wiring was factory, we upgraded thermostat from the factory provided analog unit as the digital version is more accurate and the wiring harness is identical between the two versions.
