fan delay on make timer to help start up for ac generator

I played with the idea a couple of times of turning on the FAN first then flipping to A/C and could get my unit started using the 2KW Honda Generator. It usually would work fine until it cycled the first time and then tripped the breaker.

If you add a time delay of some sort it would probably have to be active all the time not just for the initial start-up period.
