Hey folks, I want to frost a window in my TT. It is a hallway window across from the bathroom. Seems we are constantly snagging on the venetian blind and want to eliminate it. While researching online, I found quiet a few products so I decided to see what and if any fellow RVers have done. which ones worked and which didn't work out so well? Thanks for your input. P.S. It is a vertical slider.

You can get the stick on (electrostatic) sheets or a spray on frosting.The sheets can be easily removed and work well.Lowe's, HD and hardware stores sell both types. Both are easy to apply.

I've used the electrostatic ones on the bathroom window for the house. It lasted for at least 10 years before I changed it.

The home depot sells some stuff to put on your windows just like tint in installed. They have Frosted, stained glass, Bathroom window and all kinds of different designs to choose from.

Take the glass out and have it sandblasted.

I just put this on the slider on our new toy hauler. I bought it on Amazon.

I did our garage rear entrance door 19 years ago with the stick on sheet and it is still on there with no scratches or defects today. Looks exactly like real " frosted" glass and keeps curious people from seeing what valuables I have (Harley & tractor) stored in there.

Yes, they stick well. Put them on the inside.
I've had electrostatic thermometers on a window (outside) at my S&B, even the winter winds didn't remove it.
Just clean the window well before applying.

I did this at the s&b. We made 'panels' out of a street side window - looked real from outside.

For a more decorative look, you can add lead lines: stick on lead lines

Rustoleum makes a spray for that.

An advantage is that you can scrape off the paint with a razor blade in one or more areas or panels so you can still see out the window.
