Full size oven??
Was wondering about a full size oven. WE are thinking about maybe full time RV and the wife bakes State Fair winning cakes and pies I would sure hate to give those up ")

Ours came with the "small" oven, 17". After a bunch of futile cooking attemps, and not enough cooking room DW agreed to buy a "full sized" oven "21 inch". took a little reworking but DW says, and I agree, that the difference in cooking quality is HUGE. Much easier to cook evenly, better results, seldom need a pizza pan to spread the heat around.
Did need to do a temp check on the oven vs. knob and relabeled the knob to match actual oven temps, they are known for being off quite a bit. Our 17" and new 21" read between 25 and 40 degrees low depending on the set temperature.
