Our headboard fell off after getting home from our last trip last fall. I was making the bed and it just fell away from the wall. Pffft. It was only held on by a handful of tiny light gauge staples...

Double faced tape works wonders in situations like these. Jim
I thought the same thing! He must teach geometry or drafting! I did the same repair to my RV but only I used two on the wall. I screwed them on the wall, shot on some hot glue, then applied headboard while glue was still hot. Carefully removed headboard and installed screws.
