Mine too, but everything has to be rotated just right. You do have to take the fitting off the elbow end and put the cap on.

Your bumper is the right size.

Sadly the "Rhino fittings are bigger" than the old stinky slinkies and it does not fit into the standard square RV bumper.

For mean it's still worth having the Rhino. WAY easier to attach to sewer opening.

Many people take PVC pipe large enough to accomodate the Rhino hose/fittings and hang it underneath the RV to store their sewer hoses.

I sort of did the same except used a piece of coat hanger wire instead of a bolt. Just dropped it thru the bumper and cap and counted on gravity to hold it in place, it always stayed.
