I just installed the oxygenice head before this trip and have only used it once but LOVED IT!!! I like the spray and pressure. Way better than the stock one for sure. Did not compare the usage but we all take really quick showers to conserve water anyway. As for the hose, a few days in 100 heat and it loosened up just like the old one! To each his own but I couldn't be happier with it :)
