Replacing door windows

ALSO,,,, upon taking the new factory windows out I noticed that the seal had gone bad on the bottom and was not sealed on the top on the outside. There was no sealing tape on the inside frame at all so there was already signs of water on the inside door area. My dry climate so no issue. A wet climate would be an issue in a few years, after warranty is gone.
