RVS-213 trailer tow quick connect/disconnect kit

This RVS trailer quick connect/disconnect kit for my wired backup camera came with no instructions or extra parts (i.e., u bolt to clamp on trailer arm). Any idea for the best location to bolt/weld/cable tie to trailer, and for other piece to put on back of 2015 Silverado? Fortunately, neighbor has a wielder, but that is a 'final' solution.
