Slim Shade for RV doors

Installed one of these today.
It's a nice quality unit and works very smoothly. Install was easy (took all of 20 minutes) and it even comes with sealant installed and the cord for the blind properly set.
Glass seems to be tinted the same as all the other glass in out unit.

Enjoy,
Scott

That does look nice but we prefer no window at all or peep hole.

Why no window? I would much rather see who or what is out there before opening the door?

There are always issues with these type of windows for one and MOST that I have ever seen have obscure glass for two and three I can look out the glass on the end of the slide next to the steps with MUCH better visibility. Oh and 4 less money but that really played no part in the decision.

I seriously almost bought a couple of those from Amazon last week ( Slim Shade ) but I thought I would be disappointed as I would need to open the main door, separate the screen door, open or close the shade and close the main door again every time I wanted to use the shade. Great idea, I just wish there was a way to open/close it without getting dressed in the morning cold to open the shade.

Our trailer has great visibility from the living area with the exception of the passenger side. There isn't much for a window on that side and being able to see out the door window is a huge plus on this rig.
The kit is made by AP products and I got it from Amazon Linkaroonie

There's another one out there but it goes for something like $300!
Not worth quite that much to me.
