I think you'll find that most nail-down strip or plank flooring is 3/4" or 11/16". Glue-down can have a smaller dimension like this engineered product which is 3/8". I would shy away from either of these as a solution for an RV as the subfloor has too much movement. IMO, you're better off with a floating floor and bite the bullet with trim. It doesn't have to be 1/4 round covering the expansion space, you can use a straight piece or even caulk the gap if cutting trim is beyond your endurance.
