Upgraded to 4x100ah lithium batteries + inverter

Agreed. Times I've emailed them- I've gotten email responses quick. Each time I've called, I got a real person immediately AND they've remembered me from call to call (yeah, I made a couple).

I like their customer service, their price, and hopefully the longevity of their product!
