Well, solar charging and an RV is like peanut butter and jelly, to me. I like getting out there and running a generator ruins it. You and the Mrs. are heavy users so size your solar carefully and add more than what you think you need.
FWIW, I run a 120V fridge, 120V entertainment gear, and all the 12V off one 235W panel and 300 AH of battery. I'm also using a Xantrex 1000W inverter and the thing is the shiz, absolutely reliable and quiet. ATM, also doing the cord thing but I'll upgrade to a transfer switch/s when I get to the next battery upgrade. Jealous of those Lithium batts, good luck with them!
