Often times, but normally on a new RV, the speaker wires are done incorrectly. On a 2003 model someone should have made the correction, or possibly screwed up the original wiring, for a different purpose?
Speakers A likely closest speakers to unit, speakers B distant speakers, and AB setting SB for both sets of speakers.

Thanks for the input.
The unit had all the AV stripped from it before I came across it. What I am trying to find out is where the 4 or 6 pairs of factory prewired speaker leads go to. They leave AV bay in the main area and I only located 2 speakers in the main bedroom. There are no other speakers anywhere in the rig that I can find. The wires start in a lower bay/shelf, pass through an AB switch in an upper cabinet and then....nothing.
