I'm back on the forums. Got out of RVing but I'm back. I've been searching for information on a Cardinal 34ts. Is it a quality unit? What should I look out for specifically for this model. The fiver and the pickup come as a set. The truck is a GREAT deal, the fiver is priced at low retail with the options I listed.

Thanks in advance.

Cardinals, I have found are a great unit, maybe because I have one. I have had very little problem with mind. Yes they are like any other unit. The other post is correct about that year with reinforcements need at the axle. For more indepth question go to www.cardinalrvclub.org

Look very carefully at the frame I-beams behind each wheel. Look about 1.25 inches above the lower flange of the I-beam. Once fixed it is better than new. It is a good plan to install the cross tubes between spring hangers even if you do not find cracks.

Come over to www.cardinalRVclub.org forum for more info. Maybe it belongs to one of our members.
