That is only a 14% dry pin weight (14,817# w/2063# pin weight)
With a GVWR of 20,063 and a 14% pin weight.......2808# pin weight.
So if ratio holds true......mfg. could very well be going after the newer 3/4 ton truck crowd.
Newer truck mfg. are touting high payloads/max towing numbers that were 1 ton territory not so long ago

Actual payloads (after all passengers/stuff etc is subtracted from GVWR)
The trucks GVWR (10,000# won't cut it)
Rear tire load ratings
What the real wet pin weight (%) is with full fresh water tank and trailer camp ready. Unfortunately that real number is only available AFTER purchase
