I have a 2002 Lakota 5th wheel, made by McKinze (no longer in business).
Here in Cedar Rapids, IA on August 10th we had 130mph winds which blew the 5th wheel sideways and bent the door side landing gear.
I have removed it and find the main tube measures 2 1/2" square x 29 1/2" in length, not sure about the worm gear tube because it has broken off at an angle.
This trailer has a lippert frame so I believe the landing gear was by lippert also. According to the owners manual the worm gears were the heavy duty ones because of the dome or round top.
My question is what other measurements do I need to have, what must I really look close at and where might I find this landing gear assembly? Qther questions needed, just ask. Thank you in advance
