Mines 27'10" OAL. That's 27'10" of living space. Unlike a TT that's 27'10" OAL you need to minus the tongue length since you don't live on the tongue.
And mine tows like it's not there. 🙂

We have a 26 foot fifth wheel and it is the best choice we could have made. Easy to tow, easy to backup, great basement storage and we can fit in most provincial campgrounds with ease. After having ours for a few months the interior space is second to none, when we get into our friends TT it almost seems claustaphobic inside.
You might want to stretch a tape down your 5th wheel. It's 30'6" according to their site.
I call it 26 feet as the rest sticks over the box, just as a 26 TT is really closer to 30 feet if you include the tongue.

So would you take your tools for work if you had a TT?? If yes, i see the issue, if no, it just became a push!
Yep, I generally do. While I don't need most of the stuff it's nice to have my foldable ladder, bins with basic tools and other stuff.
And I think we just got to heart of the problem.... I work to **** much and need to get out camping more 🙂
