Document it now. Lots of pics and make sure the dealer sees (and officially documents it in writing) this and even contact the mfr CS dept and send =them= pics. I might look up a friend with a GoPro camera and mount that on the roof to see what's happening as you drive down the road at speed. Sometimes they'll stay just that same size until you get rid of the rig, sometimes they'll lead to a complete failure.
