Only difference between our trucks is mine is 4.10 and yours is 3.73, both are DRW. Yours should get a bit better.

My srw 05 ram 3500 has gotten 19 mpg on the highway on flat ground with 3.73s and a .79 overdrive!
I consistently hit 22mpg with my 98 12V 2500 LB 4x4 2500 auto commuting. Filling to top several tanks in a row same spot same station. My 98 12V 2wd 5 speed on a shorter commute would get in the 23's.
