Not sure what the difference would be; putting a hydraulic jack underneath, or using the levelers?
I've changed a tire with mine, but I've also had shops that refuse to use it. One says it puts too much pressure on the jacks and they start leaking - "huh?" Oh well, he can drag his jacks round under there if he wants.
I do know that when the wheels come off the ground, the spring straps that hold the leaves together will sometimes spread open and I have to get under them and tighten them.
