Now i see why our shower bib set up is located where it is.

Tank valve may have been left open by mistake OR did NOT fully close.

And had a LEO stopped, he could also have ticketed you for illegal dumping, no matter the circumstances. Had that happen to a friend under similar circumstances. Went to court and got it tossed, though, and got to see the judge ream the LEO for wasting his time. Still, cost him time and court fees.

LEO didn't BUT Kansas DOT did.
Brought me the ripped off header and helped me change tire using his big impact wrench.

Really wasn't concerned either way about LEO.
S**** happens and then you deal with it.

Could be one of those campers we read about who refuse to pay for campsites and would rather camp at Walmart. Or not, lol.

MMMMMMMMaybe.

I can twist the cap on my pipe and as long as there isn't waste pushing against it, it will not pop right off.
He could have done just that and then waited until he was down the highway to remotely open the valve and then out it goes.
That way he could play dumb if somebody saw it happen and pretend it was an accident.
