AC in a Keystone Cougar

Question

The AC unit in my 2002 keystone Cougar works great.
Typical air intake in middle of kitchen with ducted outlets front to rear.
My question is, Does the roof top unit take in any fresh outside air
to mix with the inside air it's cooling? Or does it only recirculate
the inside air?

My understanding is that the roof top units do not take in fresh air.
