- ScottGNomadThere are aseveral that can handle freezing are certain number of times. I don't think anything is capable of hard freezing constantly. :(
- Cameo_PhilExplorerTry 3M Marine 5200 Sealant and Adhesive. I hear good things about it. Available from Amazon.
3M 5200 Adhesive - keymastrExplorer3M 5200 comes in a regular slow cure formula or a quick cure formula. It will cure under water as well after it has skinned over. It is permanent so only put it where you never want to remove it or what you have attached with it. I have used it on boats and it took chunks of fibreglass with it when attempting to remove it.
3M also makes 4200 in both fast and slow dry formulas which also cures under water although it is semi-permanent. It can be removed with the use of a special solvent and would be my choice if I needed to attach something forever. I would not use 5200 because there is no way to remove it other than cutting it off. - B_O__PlentyExplorer III would use a sheet. Trace the old onto the new or make a paper pattern. Lay it loose in place. go around the edges with 1/4 round and use metal for the transition to the front door and bathroom. Works perfectly.
