Any Crossroads Toy Hauler owners?

my parents have a 06 cross terrain tri axle 5th, not sure of the model number. Sadly they have had many issues, not sure if it was just them having bad luck, it didn't go anywhere last year but most likely their age and lack of ambition to travel was a main reason.

I think 16 was the last year Elevations were built. They only list a Tag toy hauler on their website now.
