Check out InTech and Featherlite goose neck trailers. They do much more high end customization which allow for living quarters with slide outs and dedicated garages in any proportion you need. We were seriously looking at these prior to going the truck camper route since they have a lower profile yet much stronger chassis than conventional toy haulers. These are built on horse trailer and car hauler platforms.
