Battery Box
On our first trip with the fifth wheeler, the battery box cracked and the battery dropped. Luckily we stopped before there was any damage other than the box itself. Does anyone have a suggestion on a replacement box that will hold up?

- Go to E-Trailer (dot com) and take your choice.
- Walmart carries battery boxes
- Place some pieces of foam under and around the battery inside the box.
- Can you post a picture of your current battery box? Mine were seemingly built-in and a regular off-the-shelf battery box wouldn't work in its place.
- None of the ones on etrailer, and I'll bet at WallyWorld, have a fitting for a proper vent.
Unless a conventional battery box is out in the open, it will be venting into the compartment- bad idea.
