We have a 2006 3500 4WD CC DRW LT Chevy with the LBZ Alison 6 spd combo. It had 90K on it when purchased in 2010. The current mileage is 207,000. We are fulltimers and spend May to Oct. in West Yellowstone, MT. from there we visit family in Superior,WI and then on to Florida for the winter. We will be making this trip for the 6th time in late April towing our 37' 17,000lb 5th wheel. It averages 11 MPG towing and 17MPG empty. The injectors were replaced at 201,000 miles. Other that that it has been a very reliable and capable vehicle. By the way I sold both Chevy and GMC trucks for 15 years and this is the model I sought out for my own personal use.
