Black spots on rubber roof ???
We have an 09 Bighorn, small black spots on entire roof and slideouts. 5er sits outside, no birds or trees around. I have regularly washed it a few times a year. What causes this and how do I fix it? ...

X2. It's not mold it's just the white coating wearing off.
Thats funny, I too have the black spots all over the roof, but a little hard rubbing ,and they come off, does not look like a white coating rubbing off , the black spots disappear.
