black water tank clog
First time out in new to me toy hauler the black tank won't drain even with sucker truck attached. Pretty sure valve was working, at least the handle was moving about 3" each way. Having RV shop check...

Just a suggestion if you know port a potty yard may want to call them I believe they have a honey dipper and they can suck out toilets just like to do for construction sites the hose should be small enough to get into the toilet to suck out the black tank save a lot of mess in case you open the valve and also have a failure
